Aronia x prunifolia 'Viking' is a chokeberry fruit bush, producing nutritious berries which are ready for picking from late summer to autumn. Chokeberries are named after their tart, sharp flavour—they can be a little bitter when eaten raw but are delicious when cooked into jams, preserves and other sweet treats. A great superfood packed full of vitamins and antioxidants; enough to rival blueberries.
