Description

Cotinus Coggygria 'Young Lady' is a dwarf and compact smoke bush. Plumes of pretty, light pink flowers bloom freely, resembling puffs of smoke for an ethereal aesthetic. In contrast, it produces lovely dark green leaves, which transform into shades of fiery red and orange in autumn. Due to its compact size and slow growing nature, it's a perfect choice for smaller gardens, adding vibrant color and a unique touch.

Cotinus Coggygria 'Young Lady' thrives in full sun or partial shade in a variety of soils. This hardy and easy-to-grow plant has been awarded the RHS Award of Merit, and will grow in a sheltered or exposed environment. It has an approximate height and spread of 1.5 meters.

Aftercare Advice

Trees and shrubs require a good watering regime for a couple of years whilst they establish. Water well and regularly through spring and summer, increasing in hot or dry weather. If planting in autumn, you may only need to water a little. It is advisable to keep the area free of competing weeds and grass during this period.
