Description

Fatsia japonica has dramatic, large lobed evergreen leaves that provide interest year-round. The large leaves make it ideal for adding architectural interest or giving a tropical feel to the garden. Small white flowers appear in autumn that are of benefit to pollinators.

This shrub copes well with full sun to full shade in moist but well-draining soil. Other names of Fatsia japonica include Japanese Aralia and Castor Oil Plant.
