Highly beneficial to wildlife, Viburnum opulus is a native shrub found in UK woodland. It produces pretty, flat-topped white flowers from spring. Seasonal interest continues with bright, red berries in autumn which persist into winter, providing food for birds. In autumn, the leaves turn shades of purple, reds and oranges providing a gorgeous display.
