'Rockery Garden' is a vibrant mix of fiery coloured compact tulips. The mix includes; Giuseppe Verdie, Scarlet Baby and Toronto tulips.
'Giuseppe Verdie' has golden yellow flowers with red flame pattern up the the outer petals. 'Scarlet Baby' has bold red flowers with yellow centres. 'Toronto' has coral red flowers with a subtle purple stripe on the outer petals.
Tulips are early-spring perennials that start to bloom in mid march, making them a perfect choice for adding colour to the garden early in the season. These compact tulips are ideal for rockery gardens or within a container.
Ideally, the bulbs should be planted in mid to late autumn when dormant. When planting, bulbs should be placed twice their width apart and at a depth 2-3 times their height. The pointed section of the bulb should be placed upwards. Tulips will flourish in neutral, well-drained soil within in a sunny and sheltered setting.
